Image Management owners Kevin and Claire Weslaski started the company 15 years ago with one goal in mind: to provide the best website design services possible. They did not want to be second best.
Whether they're training for a triathlon or working hard at Image Management, the duo go above and beyond. Let's get to know Kevin a bit better!
What is your favorite part about working at Image Management?
I would like to say managing people, but that would be a lie. People can be too unpredictable and do not always think alike. I am a perfectionist and want everything to work out. That is why the best part of my job is managing the finances. I love keeping track of the money. The numbers always come out right which is why I like that part of my job the best.
What are some of your hobbies outside of work?
In 2014, I placed 10th at the World Championship Ironman 70.3 Triathlon held in Las Vegas. So as far as hobbies go: swimming, biking, and running.
What has been your favorite project so far at Image Management?
Creating an online photography system for Case New Holland (CNH) in which over 30 agencies and 500 dealerships as well as hundreds of CNH personnel could access and utilize this imagery. This project came at the time when our online photo library was one of the most cutting-edge systems in the world.

What's your favorite inspirational quote?
“Live each day as if it were your last because someday you're going to be right.”
Who is your role model?
I am 52 years old. I have had many role models throughout my life. At this stage, I would like to think of myself as a role model to others. I am proud of the fact that our business has flourished. I am also proud of how I take care of my body. I am in the best shape I have ever been. How many 52 year olds can say that?
Back to the question, I surround myself with successful people. Whether that be business entrepreneurs or great sports figures. I become their friends and mimic their actions.
